Shipping
Most orders placed online are processed in 2 - 4 business days (subject to change based on external factors and holidays). Please allow 3 - 8 business days for delivery of items within the contiguous United States. For trucking items, please allow an estimated 4 -10 business days for delivery. Natura DesignWorks is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier. Whenever possible, we will ship via FedEx Ground. Some products are too large or heavy for FedEx and will require contracting a freight carrier. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States, however, a 10% delivery surcharge will apply to orders under $2,000 in AZ, CA, ID, NM, NV, OR, UT and WA. If ordering online, the delivery surcharge will be auto-calculated when you check out. We do not charge handling fees.
FOR FREIGHT DELIVERY:
Shipping via a freight truck includes a scheduled delivery appointment and curbside delivery, which includes a free lift gate service. A lift gate service means the driver will take the items off the truck for you but will NOT bring the items inside of your building/home. Be prepared for your freight delivery by having extra hands or proper equipment to move your boxes, as they can be heavy and bulky to carry. Storage fees may be applied if the shipping company is not able to reach you to schedule the delivery appointment. Any changes made to the shipping address after it leaves our facility will require approval from Natura DesignWorks and you will incur reconsignment fees calculated by the shipping company.
Before you sign for your delivery, you must inspect the shipment for exterior damage and shortages as you are acknowledging that the article(s) were delivered to you in GOOD CONDITION. Make sure you receive the correct # of packages & pallets indicated on the delivery receipt and note any damages or shortages of boxes/pallets. If you are concerned for any reason that the contents of your shipment may be damaged, you MUST note this on your delivery receipt and take pictures. The carrier who delivers this merchandise to you is responsible for its safe delivery
Should you notice any damage upon receipt (visible or concealed):
- Have the delivery person note on the delivery receipt the nature and extent of damages.
- Inspect the outside of packaging for damage, missing boxes or pallets on the delivery receipt before allowing the driver to leave. Do not refuse the shipment, unless otherwise advised by Natura DesignWorks, please accept the delivery. Take photos of any damages, if missing box(s) and or pallet(s) take photos at the time of delivery.
- Notify Natura DesignWorks of any exterior damage or shortages the day of delivery. We will then take the proper steps to resolve your issue.
- Open and inspect all products within 7 days of receipt. ContactNatura DesignWorks if there is concealed damage or missing items, as soon as noticed.
- Do not destroy packing material or pallets until shipment is inspected and the claim is settled. If the shipment delivered to you is not in accordance with the cartons as shown on your receipt, do not accept it until such shortages are noted on the Freight Bill and Bill of Lading. ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS should be filed immediately with the Freight Company's Office that makes the delivery to your door. Claims for loss MUST NOT be deducted from our invoice, nor deferring of payment while waiting for adjustments of such claims.
FOR GROUND DELIVERY:
Shipping via standard ground delivery is to-door service only in the contiguous United States.
- Be sure to track packages to ensure you are available for delivery. **Natura DesignWorks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Be sure to keep all boxes and packaging in case of return.
- If shipping to a commercial address please note that FedEx will not leave packages if the business appears vacant or is closed.
- Please do not refuse any boxes that have exterior damage. Open and inspect item first and call Natura DesignWorks with any questions/concerns.
- FedEx will only make 3 attempts for delivery to commercial addresses.
Some Explanation for Trucking Terms:
- Commercial Delivery - delivery to industrial, or commercial address capable of receiving 52' tractor-trailer truck, typically with loading dock but not necessary.
- Residential Delivery - Zoned residential address delivery, typically a residential delivery requires the use of a smaller carting company truck because of road weight limits, commercial truck restrictions, or residential community.
- Freight Forwarder Delivery: If you choose to use a freight forwarder for delivery to International or states outside of the continental US, Natura DesignWorks is not responsible for damages caused by shipments being sent by any freight forwarder.
Product Holding & Storage Policy
Orders must ship once the order is placed and processed by Natura DesignWorks. Products cannot be stored for a future shipment.
Product Holding for "Out of Stock" Products
Natura DesignWorks does not place a hold on products that are out of stock. You may sign up for email or text notifications on the product page to be notified once it is back in stock. Once the product is in stock and you are notified, you may then purchase the item.
Returns & Exchanges
New Natura DesignWorks merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt (must be in original box and packaging). Special orders are non-refundable custom made products. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and you could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must pay both outgoing and return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging in like new condition. Refunds are contingent upon Natura DesignWorks inspection and approval. All credits will be issued to the original method of payment used (ie. credit card, store credit, check). Special order items are NOT returnable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed (usually within 2 business days). If the order has already been processed and has not shipped, you may be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If your order has already been processed and is in transit to you, you will be charged the $25.00 cancellation fee and all related shipping and handling expenses (both outgoing and returning).
