Lead time & shipping


Custom orders arrive in 10–12 weeks. We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Freight delivery includes a scheduled delivery appointment, curbside delivery and free lift gate service. The driver will unload your shipment but will not bring it inside your building or home. Please arrange the help or equipment needed to move your shipment inside. See our Terms & Conditions for full shipping and delivery details.

Custom and made-to-order purchases are final sale. For shipping damage or product defects, review our Shipping & Returns policy and Limited Warranty.
Changes or cancellations must be requested promptly after ordering and prior to the start of production.

Can I order a custom size if I’m not a designer? Yes. Custom sizing is available to any customer on eligible designs.
Can you match a color? Often yes. Send a reference photo or paint code and we’ll confirm options.
Do you provide spec/tear sheets? Yes. Request them in your submission.
