Lead time & shipping:
Made-to-order typically ~7-10 weeks (varies by finish and order volume) after the design and order confirmation. Freight is curbside/lift-gate standard unless upgraded. Inside delivery/white glove may be available by quote.

Policies:
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Changes or cancellations must be requested promptly after ordering and prior to the start of production.

Can I order a custom size if I’m not a designer? Yes. Custom sizing is available to any customer on eligible designs.
Can you match a color? Often yes. Send a reference photo or paint code and we’ll confirm options.
