Lead time & shipping:
Made-to-order typically ~10–12 weeks (varies by finish and order volume). Freight is curbside/lift-gate standard unless upgraded. Inside delivery/white glove may be available by quote.

Custom/made-to-order items are typically final sale. Eligible returns (if approved) may include restocking + shipping. Changes/cancellations must be requested promptly after ordering.
