Returns
Returns require prior approval and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Orders shipped to Canada are final sale.

Orders may be canceled before processing. Once processed, a $25 cancellation fee may apply. Orders already in transit are subject to the fee plus shipping costs. Exchanges are not accepted.

Item arrived slightly damaged as the bag that held all the hardware was not sealed so the 26 nuts, 26 bolts and 26 washers were loose in the box. Fortunately, all parts were accounted for, so I was able to still assemble the unit and painted some of the metal that have been scratched from the loose hardware. Not what I expected given the price of the unit, but wasn’t worth the hassle of trying to return
