We ship to the 48 continental states only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable.
What is the processing and shipping time?

Orders are shipped via freight truck with lift gate/curbside delivery. This means the driver will remove the items from the truck for you but will not bring them inside. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, usually the day before delivery.

Will the driver help move my items inside?
No, the driver is not required to bring the items inside your location. If you need indoor or upstairs delivery, you must arrange and pay for these services separately. We do not offer white glove services, but you can coordinate with reputable companies such as Ryder or Two Men and a Truck.
What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?
If the freight company cannot reach you to schedule delivery, storage fees may apply. If the delivery is not completed within a certain timeframe, the shipment may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for:
- Outgoing and return shipping costs
- Any applicable storage fees
- A 20% restocking fee
What if I refuse the delivery?
If a delivery is refused for any reason, you will be responsible for:
- Initial delivery and return shipping fees

Absolutely LOVE this utility cart, especially the steering handle on the side. Great craftsmanship and quality materials. The heavy duty hardware make it very easy to maneuver and move about.

This is indeed a very well crafted and beautiful little cart. I love it. I purchased two of them. Some things that other reviews have not mentioned is that it is basically just screwing in bolts and lugs to assemble, but, it's tedious and a second set of hands is VERY HELPFUL. You will not see assembly instructions as it's pretty simple to figure out.
