RETURNS:
Returns must be approved in advance and are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. You will be responsible for paying both outgoing and return shipping costs in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and original, new condition. Refunds are contingent upon our inspection and approval. If item(s) are not returned in original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
CANCELLATIONS:
Accepted before the item has been processed. If the order has already been processed and has not shipped, you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If your order is in transit, you will be charged all related shipping and handling expenses, both outgoing and return.

How long does shipping take and how is my order shipped?
We ship to the 48 continental states only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable.
What is the processing and shipping time?

Orders are shipped via freight truck with lift gate/curbside delivery. This means the driver will remove the items from the truck for you but will not bring them inside. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, usually the day before delivery.

Will the driver help move my items inside?
No, the driver is not required to bring the items inside your location. If you need indoor or upstairs delivery, you must arrange and pay for these services separately. We do not offer white glove services, but you can coordinate with reputable companies such as Ryder or Two Men and a Truck.
What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?
If the freight company cannot reach you to schedule delivery, storage fees may apply. If the delivery is not completed within a certain timeframe, the shipment may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for:
- Outgoing and return shipping costs
- Any applicable storage fees
- A 20% restocking fee

Nice little cart. Assembles easily. Sturdy and looks expensive but wasn’t.
This cart is even prettier than I expected. It's the perfect size, rolls smoothly, and is sturdy enough to hold my kitchen appliances. I was planning on keeping it in the utility closet, but it's too pretty to be hidden away.
The cart is exactly what I needed. I am using it as a coffee bar and it is very accommodating for that purpose. It is well made and very easy to put together. Definitely takes two people but still very easy. Elise was such a pleasure two work with and shipment was quite prompt.
