Natura DesignWorks Warranty
Natura DesignWorks furniture is built to feel substantial, function smoothly, and elevate everyday spaces. This Limited Warranty outlines coverage, exclusions, and how to request support.
Warranty Term
One (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original shipping address.
Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What's Covered
Under normal residential or light commercial use, we warrant our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:
· Structural or joinery defects affecting integrity
· Hardware defects (drawer slides, hinges, pulls) impacting function
· Build-related functional issues that prevent normal use
If your item includes a stone/quartz/sintered-stone style top, this warranty covers manufacturing or fabrication defects (not impact damage or staining).
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and natural aging
· Scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, and surface wear from everyday use
· Finish patina, subtle sheen changes, or gradual color shift over time
Natural wood variation
· Grain and color variation, knots, mineral streaks
· Seasonal movement (minor expansion/contraction), slight seams, hairline checking
Use, environment, and care
· Water/heat damage, staining, warping from improper conditions
· Harsh or abrasive cleaners, chemical exposure, improper maintenance
· Misuse, accidents, impact damage, overloading, or improper placement
· Outdoor use or extreme humidity/temperature conditions
Unauthorized changes
· Modifications, alterations, refinishing, or repairs not approved by Natura DesignWorks
· Damage from third-party installation or service
Shipping Damage (Important)
Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
· Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery
· Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved
· Provide clear photos of:
· Exterior packaging/crate (all sides)
· Shipping label
· Damage close-ups plus wide shots
· The full piece for context
Shipping claims must be documented quickly to be eligible.
Our Resolution
If a claim is approved, we will determine the most appropriate remedy, which may include:
· Replacement parts (hardware, trim, components)
· Touch-up materials and guidance
· Repair or replacement of the affected component
· Replacement of the product (rare)
· Refund (rare, when repair/replacement isn't feasible)
Unless agreed in writing, this warranty does not cover labor for removal/installation or onsite service. Liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the item.
How to Request Warranty Support
Email info@naturadesignworks.com with:
· Order number and purchaser name
· Product name/size/finish (as ordered)
· Brief description of the issue (when it began, how the piece is used)
· Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the issue
· A full-item photo for context
We may request additional images/video to diagnose accurately and resolve efficiently.
