Shipping & Delivery (Freight/Curbside)
This item ships via freight truck with curbside, lift-gate delivery only (off truck to ground). Inside delivery, unpacking, stair carry, and white glove services are not included and must be arranged separately by the buyer. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery; failure to schedule or accept delivery may result in storage, return shipping, and restocking fees. If delivery is refused, missed, or undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for all outbound, return, redelivery, storage, and applicable restocking fees.

Inspection & Damage Claims
Before signing for delivery, inspect the packaging for damage or missing items and note all issues on the delivery receipt. Take photos and accept the delivery. Packaging and pallets must be retained until any claim is resolved.

Returns
Returns require prior approval and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Orders shipped to Canada are final sale.

Cancellations & Exchanges
Orders may be canceled before processing. Once processed, a $25 cancellation fee may apply. Orders already in transit are subject to the fee plus shipping costs. Exchanges are not accepted.
